Goats also provide us with milk apart from cows. Goat milk is not available and not easily accessed in the world. The health factors of goat milk has beneficial effects on the human body. Goats provide about 2% of the world’s total milk supply. It does not require homogenization. Goat milk should not be provided to young children. But to adults the chemical constituents are preferred the most. For people who are suffering from lactose intolerance, they can digest goat milk better than cow milk due to its fatty acids.They are commonly manufactured into  ice cream, cheeses, butter and yoghurt. They have high buttermilk constituency. Though the usage of cows for milk will not likely diminish in the future, it is to be understood there are other choices to increases our overall health.
